GP World is currently on the lookout for a highly skilled Nurse Delivery Lead to spearhead a crucial clinical research initiative focused on long term conditions in Hertfordshire.
This pivotal role demands a Registered Nurse at Band 5/6 level or higher, equipped with strong competencies in Phlebotomy and a demonstrated track record of clinical leadership. As the Nurse Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless delivery of care, providing invaluable clinical guidance to Healthcare Support Workers.
Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring the provision of high-quality care on a daily basis, meticulously maintaining compliance with clinical governance standards, and consistently meeting performance targets. Moreover, you will be tasked with fostering a culture of safety and efficiency, whilst also offering additional support during breaks for Healthcare Support Workers.
A key aspect of this role involves the meticulous management of staff attendance and scheduling to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Chief Nurse, you will serve as the primary point of contact for escalated operational queries, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex challenges with poise and efficiency.
The shift pattern for this integral role spans Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30, Saturday from 08:30 to 17:30, and Sunday from 10:30 to 16:30, providing ample opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the organisation's mission to advance clinical research and improve patient outcomes.
