GP World is currently in search of a highly skilled Nurse Delivery Lead who possesses both managerial experience and expertise in Phlebotomy. This particular position is available within a clinical research project that focuses on long-term conditions in Wiltshire.
As a Nurse Delivery Lead, your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers. This entails delivering exceptional quality care on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with clinical governance, meeting targets, and maintaining a safe and seamless service. Additionally, you may be required to offer additional support during breaks for Healthcare Support Workers. Managing staff attendance and scheduling will also fall under your purview. You will report directly to the Chief Nurse and serve as the initial point of contact for operational queries that require escalation. To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should be a Registered Nurse at Band 5/6 level or higher.
The shift pattern for this role is as follows: Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30, Saturday from 08:30 to 17:30, and Sunday from 10:30 to 16:30. We understand that this may require flexibility and commitment, but we believe it is essential to provide the highest level of care and support to our patients.
