Primary Care – NHS Community Nurse role in Kent

GP World has fantastic new role as a Community Nurse in Kent

This new opportunity has become available within a Community team covering a significate area with an extremely diverse community.

We are looking for a self-motivated nurse to help take the department forward. You must be committed, flexible and approachable with community nursing experience

Post: Registered Nurse Band 6/Band 7

Banding: Band 6 / Band 7

Rates:  negotiable

Start date: as soon as possible

Contract: Locum work – Ad Hoc

Shift Time: flexible – Minimum 3 – 4 days per week

Job Summary

  • To be a safe and effective practitioner able to provide high quality care to patients and support to relatives
  • To maintain own personal development with support

Requirements

Essential

  • Nursing qualification – Degree/Diploma/ENB
  • Full NMC registration
  • Current NMC registration
  • An ability to deliver high standards of patient care
  • Proven development of own skills and clinical knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence with Car

Desirable

  • Prescribing
  • Smartcard
