Salaried Advanced Clinical Practitioner in the West Midlands

GP World are seeking enthusiastic Advanced Clinical Practitioner in West Midlands

Salary: Negotiable

Core hours: 08:30-18:30, Monday to Friday

Availability: Minimum of 5 sessions per week (sessions are 4 hours in duration)

We are looking for Advanced Paramedic Practitioners to join our full-service NHS clinics and to

help us deliver a new generation of value-based care.

To Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients presenting with an undifferentiated diagnosis

To prescribe and review medication for therapeutic effectiveness, appropriate to patient needs and in accordance with evidence-based practice and national and practice protocols, and within scope of practice

To initiate and interpret tests (e.g. blood test results) and investigations as appropriate

Be the first point of contact for clinical queries from Care Navigators and/or reception staff

Autonomously lead changes to deliver the best possible health outcomes for our patients

Role Requirements

Degree in Paramedic Science, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy or equivalent, and have completed or

currently engaged on MSc level Advanced Clinical Practice education

Professional registration with HCPC and no current issues under investigation

Independent non-medical prescribing (V300)

Availability to attend the practice

Digitally proficient, passionate about digital health and committed to building digital warmth with

all patients

CoP Dip. Primary & Urgent Care Exam, and Minor Illness in Children (desirable)
