Salaried Private GPs - City & Central London
GP World have an amazing new GP opportunity for Salaried Private GPs to support Private clinics across London. These positions combine Private GP consultations and Advanced Health Screening. Screening sessions are 30 minutes to 1 hour. This will involve comprehensive assessments and diagnostics.
Shift Patterns: 0900 - 1800 (1 hour lunch break), No late nights, on-calls, or weekends.
Days: Able to commit to 8, 9–10 sessions per week
Salary: £10,400 per session per annum
Start date: Available to start before March 2026
Requirements:
- GMC registration with license to practice in the UK
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience as a GP
- At least 1 year working in a Corporate GP setting or with Private Patients
Role Purpose and Skills:
- All appointments are face-to-face
- Daily mix of:
- 15-minute Private GP appointments
- Advanced Health Screening sessions
- All appointments are pre-scheduled, no walk-ins
- Structured workdays with excellent work-life balance
- 5 paid days study leave, private medical healthcare insurance. If of interest, Diploma in Occupational Health, or Certificate in lifestyle medicine development funding and support is available (after 1 years’ service)
- Serving major banks, insurers, and consultancies, 99% adult patient base, London City clientele patients.
- Dedicated Private Patient Admin Navigators handle referrals and bookings. GPs complete a report via our online template and Dictaphone; the system goes live instantly, and the navigation team manages the rest. Patients are typically seen within a week at a hospital or clinic. Training is given on the IT system, reports and Dictaphone use. In the first few weeks you also shadow GP, to learn the role for the client.
