Locum Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner – West Yorkshire Walk in Centres
GP World have an amazing new nursing opportunity as an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner within two Walk in Centres located in Leeds. These services are offering on going locum work, in an incredibly diverse patient population who present with a variety of medical and social needs, delivering innovative and sustainable care for all.
Shift Patterns: 0800 -1600, 0800 -2000 or 0800 - 2100
Days: Offer Up to 7 days a week
Rates: £45 - £65 per hour depending on experience

Requirements:
- Full registration with the NMC or equivalent
- Nursing Diploma or equivalent
- Masters (MSc) in nursing or equivalent
- Independent Prescriber (V300)
- Must cover illness and injuries
- SystmOne experience
Role Purpose and Skills:
Manage acute presentations to the Walk-In Centre, as part of a team of autonomous practitioners; in addition to using the clinical knowledge and skills to determine urgency and best pathway for patients presenting to the Emergency Departments in Leeds (streaming).Need to be able to see /assess/treat patients of all ages (adult, children including newborns) presenting with illness and injury.
