We're thrilled to announce a permanent nursing opportunity at our Private Nursing Home in the Republic of Ireland, starting in April 2024. We're looking for a dedicated and experienced individual with essential leadership skills to join our team. This role offers a special opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Day and night shifts are available, with overtime pay provided.
To excel in this permanent Lead/Senior Nurse role, you'll need:
- Essential lead experience
- Registered General Nurse and registered with the NMBI with full work permits.
- Excellent patient care skills to a high standard
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with initiative.
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Current NMBI Registration
- Experience in a leadership or senior role in a quality environment.
- Experience in Gerontology and/or related areas is desirable.
