Salaried Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner –East Sussex (Hastings)
GP World have an amazing new nursing opportunity as a salaried Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner within an Out of Hours service across Northamptonshire. This service offers on going locum work, in an incredibly diverse patient population who present with a variety of medical and social needs, delivering innovative and sustainable care for all. The have bases across Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough & Daventry.
Shift Patterns: 34 hours per week (3 to 4 days per week). Mon to Fri operating hours- 8am to 6:30pm and Sat and Sun- 8am to 8pm. You will be required to work alternate weekends
Salary: £48,00 - 56,650 depending on experience
Start date: As soon as possible
Requirements:
- Full registration with the NMC or equivalent
- Nursing Diploma or equivalent
- Masters (MSc) in nursing or equivalent (Advanced Practice)
- Physical assessment of adults modules qualification
- Independent Prescriber (V300)
- Recognised Minor Illness course Long Term Condition
Experience:
- Two years within a general practice setting or Urgent Care
- Ability to demonstrate experience in the development of General Practice Services
- Ability to demonstrate high level of personal, professional accountability and autonomy.
- Demonstration of innovation in practice/service development
Role Purpose and Skills:
Lead on delivery of high standards of patient care to unregistered patients. The duties will include all tasks normally undertaken by an experienced ANP with clinical and Practice Nurse support.
